Coty Inc. has acquired Del Laboratories, a market leader in nail care, bleaches, depilatories, and oral analgesics. The deal will significantly enhance the New York-based company's fragrance, color, and skincare portfolio by adding Del Labaratories' brands: Sally Hansen, N.Y.C. New York Color, La Cross, Orajel, and Dermarest.
