Celebrity hairdresser to the stars - Ken Paves - hopped a recent red-eye from Los Angeles to New York to do star studded hair for the big Met Ball in New York.

Ken, who was recently one of the celebrity judges for the 2008 Miss USA Pageant in Las Vegas, is in New York City for the big Metropolitan Museum Ball to coif the gorgeous locks of his longtime celebrity hair clients, Jennifer Lopez and Eva Longoria. 

The Ball will be a spectacular star studded event which will include such celebrity guests such as George Clooney, Julia Roberts, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes as well as the Beckhams - David and Victoria.  John Mayer, Camille Belle and Ziyi Zhang will also be at the big New York gala.

Although Ken did not spill on how he plans to style the heads of his two famous female clients, he promised to chat later and provide some insights into his hair wizardry.  One thing is for certain, the hairstyles he creates will be works of art in their own right.  Ken always designs hairstyles that work in harmony with the gowns and accessories that are selected. 

Ken has been working with Jennifer for many years, including designing her hairstyles for some of her movies, videos and still media work.  Ken created a major media blitz when he accompanied Jennifer and her husband to the Italian wedding of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes specifically to coif Jennifer's hair. 

He also has been working with Eva Longoria and was her personal hairdresser for her wedding last year in France.
